There are cases when paid invoices for one reason or another do not reach us or are not processed automatically. In this case, you need to write a request to technical support, in which, depending on the payment method, indicate the following data:
   1. Phone number to which the LiqPay wallet is registered.
   2. Date and time of payment.
   3. Payment amount.
   4. Number of the invoice you paid.
   1. The last 4 digits of the card with which the payment was made.
   2. Date and time of the payment.
   3. Payment amount.
Through the terminal
   1. You must send a scanned or photographed copy of the check.
   1. If the payment is made after 14:00, it will be credited to our account and processed on the next business day.
   2. It is necessary to send a scanned/photographed copy of the payment receipt.
